Alexandra grew up in Hong Kong and returned in 2020 to finish her Master’s during Covid-19. She has worked with children in international schools to support their psychological and academic progress and wellbeing. She joined SPOT in 2022 as a Clinical Resident, supporting in assessments and group sessions with the Clinical Director of Psychological Services (Dr Amanda Oswalt-Visher) and Dr Jennifer Lau. During Alexandra’s training she regularly participated in the administering, scoring and the interpretation of standardised psychological batteries that evaluate psychological, cognitive, behavioural, emotional, and academic function for children and adolescents.

Alexandra loves working with children and aims to support them in their journeys to becoming confident individuals. In the future, she plans to pursue her Clinical Psychology Doctorate to continue in her work with children and young people to support in Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, and other Learning Disabilities. Alexandra in her spare time enjoys reading, swimming and playing Dungeons and Dragons.
