Handwriting camp is a fun, multisensory camp for children ages 5-9 to improve fine motor skills by participating in games and activities that help develop the skills for handwriting mastery.
This camp utilises the Handwriting Without Tears (HWT) framework and is designed and. supervised by a registered Occupational Therapist.
The camp includes:
– Multi-sensory play to develop good habits for printing and cursive writing
– Addresses letter formation and pencil grip
– Fine motor and hand-eye coordination games
– Small camp size allows for individual instruction and accelerated learning
Where? SPOT One Island South, 10/F, Unit 1021-25, 2 Heung Yip Road, Wong Chuk Hang
When? Monday to Fridays from 10.00am to 11.00am
Week 1: July 5-9 for age 7-9 (FULL already – please do not book/make payment below)
Week 2: July 12-16 for age 7-9 (FULL already – please do not book/make payment below)
Week 3: July 19-23 for age 5-6
Week 4: July 26-30 for age 5-6
How much? 2,500HKD per week. Maximum 4 participants
The group is run by Cherie Tan (Occupational Therapist).
Payment for group must be made in full prior to first session. In order to maintain the group numbers consistency, there will be no refund or make up sessions offered unless a doctor’s certificate is provided.
