Our supportive group is here to help you navigate the challenges of being a teenager. \nWhat we offer:\n– Understanding Anxiety: Learn how anxiety manifests in your body and mind.\n– Identifying Triggers: Discover what causes your anxiety and how to recognise it.\n– Facts vs. Feelings: Differentiate between reality and overwhelming emotions.\n– Cognitive Distortions: Challenge negative thought patterns that contribute to anxiety.\n– Coping Strategies: Develop practical tools to manage anxiety effectively. \nWhy join us?\nThrough engaging activities and discussions\, you’ll find a safe space to share your experiences and connect with peers. Our sessions will empower you to build resilience\, enhance self-confidence\, and improve social skills. \nDetails:\nWhere? SPOT Discovery Bay\, 604 (Block A)\, South DB Plaza\, Discovery Bay\, Lantau\nWhen? Saturdays from 11:00am-11:50pm\nHow much? $830 per group session or $1120 per paired session\nSuitable for teens. \nThe group will be run by Monica Brennand. \nPlease note:\nPayment for group must be made in full prior to first session. In order to maintain the group numbers consistency\, there will be no refund or make up sessions offered unless a doctor’s certificate is provided.
