DESCRIPTION:Therapy Group for Young Children: Building Calm and Confidence! Is your child aged 4 to 6 struggling with anxiety or emotional regulation? Join our supportive therapy group designed just for them! Help your child develop essential skills to navigate their emotions and foster a sense of calm. Together\, we’ll create a nurturing environment where children can learn and grow! \nAreas of Focus:\n– Fun\, interactive activities\n– Tools for managing anxiety and emotions\n– Safe space to express feelings and make friends\n– Techniques to build confidence \nDetails:\nWhere? SPOT Central\, 14/F\, 1402 China Building\, 29 Queen’s Road Central\nWhen?  Tuesdays at 5:30pm-6:20pm\nAge: For 4- 6 year olds\nHow much? 1\,100HKD per session \nLed by Dr. Amanda Oswalt-Visher\, a compassionate and experienced therapist specializing in childhood anxiety and emotional well-being. She was also a teacher for this age for several years and knows what it is like to raise and educate children this age! \n\n\n\nPlease Note:\nA minimum of 6 sessions must be paid in advance. We do not offer refunds\, unused sessions will be held as credit for future use. For illness with less than 24 hours’ notice\, a doctor’s note is required to receive credit. Note that credit applies to planned absences\, but same-day cancellations are not eligible. Groups and pairings may be co-facilitated by graduate interns\, university students\, and/or teen mentors to provide extra 1:1 support. All participants complete an interview process and police records check. If you have questions or concerns\, please let your group leader know.
