This group is aimed at supporting tweens navigate the last years of primary school and support the transition into high school. \nAreas of Focus:\nTask Initiation: The ability to start a project (like homework) without procrastinating or needing multiple reminders.\nWorking Memory: Holding and using multiple pieces of information at once\, such as remembering a multi-step instruction from a teacher while looking for a pen.\nPlanning & Prioritization: Deciding which tasks are most urgent and mapping out the steps to complete long-term projects\, like a science fair report.\nOrganization: Keeping track of physical items (backpacks\, binders) and digital files so they don’t get lost.\nInhibitory Control: Managing impulses\, such as resisting the urge to check a phone during study time or pausing before reacting in a social disagreement.\nCognitive Flexibility: Adjusting when plans change or when a first attempt at solving a problem doesn’t work\n \nDetails:\nWhere?
