DESCRIPTION:A group for adolescents who are are working on positive self-talk and looking for others who are dealing with dissociative feelings\, depression\, and/or anxiety. \nThis support group will help like-minded teens address shared feelings of distress and disassociation and build coping skills and a community of resilience and acceptance. \nDetails:\nWhere? Online. The link will be sent prior to the start of a session\nWhen? Tuesdays at 1am London time / 9am HK time / 12 pm Sydney time (Mondays at 8pm New York time)\nHow much? 1\,100HKD per session\nAges 18-30years. \nRun by Dr. Amanda Oswalt-Visher (clinical psychologist) and co-facilitators. \nPlease note:\nPayment for group must be made in full prior to first session. In order to maintain the group numbers consistency\, there will be no refund or make up sessions offered unless a doctor’s certificate is provided.
