We do not offer refunds, unused sessions will be held as credit for future use. For illness with less than 24 hours&#8217; notice, a doctor\u2019s note is required to receive credit. Note that credit applies to planned absences, but same-day cancellations are not eligible. Groups and pairings may be co-facilitated by graduate interns, university students, and\/or teen mentors to provide extra 1:1 support. All participants complete an interview process and police records check.
