DESCRIPTION:Is your child learning to understand their body’s unique signals? Connecting physical sensations to emotions is a key skill for growth. This group helps children build Interoceptive Awareness—the ability to notice body signals\, connect them to emotions\, and create a personalized toolbox for self-regulation. This group is led by an Occupational Therapist to empower children to bridge the gap between feeling and action\, helping them navigate their day with confidence. \nAreas of Focus:\n– Interoceptive Awareness (Noticing internal and external body signals)\n– Connecting physical sensations to emotions\n– Building an independent toolbox for self-regulation\n– Body-Emotion-Action awareness \nDetails:\nWhere? SPOT One Island South\, 10/F\, Unit 1021-25\, One Island South\, 2 Heung Yip Road\, Wong Chuk Hang\nWhen?  Mondays at 5:00pm-6:00pm\nAge: For 7-10 year olds\nHow much? 5\,400HKD for 6 sessions \nRun by Occupational Therapist Beanie Fung. \nPlease Note:\nPayment for group must be made in full prior to first session. We do not offer refunds\, unused sessions will be held as credit for future use. For illness with less than 24 hours’ notice\, a doctor’s note is required to receive credit. Note that credit applies to planned absences\, but same-day cancellations are not eligible.
