\n– Cognitive Distortions:<\/strong> Challenge negative thought patterns that contribute to anxiety.
\n– Coping Strategies:<\/strong> Develop practical tools to manage anxiety effectively.<\/p>\n

\nWhere? SPOT Discovery Bay, 604 (Block A), South DB Plaza, Discovery Bay, Lantau
\nWhen? Saturdays from 11:00am-11:50pm
\nHow much? $830 per group session or $1120 per paired session
\nSuitable for teens.<\/p>\n

The group will be run by Monica Brennand<\/strong><\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Please note:<\/strong>
\nA minimum of 6 sessions must be paid in advance. We do not offer refunds, unused sessions will be held as credit for future use. For illness with less than 24 hours’ notice, a doctor\u2019s note is required to receive credit. Note that credit applies to planned absences, but same-day cancellations are not eligible.<\/p>\n
