This group is aimed at supporting tweens navigate the last years of primary school and support the transition into high school.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Areas of Focus:<br \/>\n<\/strong>&#8211; Task Initiation: Identifying techniques to overcome procrastination and start assignments promptly.<br \/>\n&#8211; Strategic Planning: Breaking overwhelming &#8220;big&#8221; projects into manageable, bite-sized steps and managing their time successfully<br \/>\n&#8211; Digital &amp; Physical Systems: Setting up personalised checklists and reminders that work for them<br \/>\n&#8211; Metacognition: Introducing reflective strategies to help them recognise what&#8217;s working and where they need to adapt<br \/>\n&#8211; Self regulation and stress management: Identifying existing stressors and implementing healthy coping strategies.<br \/>\n&#8211; Cognitive Flexibility: Being able to &#8220;shift gears&#8221; when plans change or a strategy isn&#8217;t working, rather than having a meltdown.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u8be6\u60c5\uff1a<\/strong><br \/>\nWhere?
