This group helps children build Interoceptive Awareness\u2014the ability to notice body signals, connect them to emotions, and create a personalized toolbox for self-regulation. This group is led by an Occupational Therapist to empower children to bridge the gap between feeling and action, helping them navigate their day with confidence.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Areas of Focus:<br \/>\n<\/strong>&#8211; Interoceptive Awareness (Noticing internal and external body signals)<br \/>\n&#8211; Connecting physical sensations to emotions<br \/>\n&#8211; Building an independent toolbox for self-regulation<br \/>\n&#8211; Body-Emotion-Action awareness<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u8be6\u60c5\uff1a<br \/>\n<\/strong>Where? SPOT One Island South, 10\/F, Unit 1021-25, One Island South, 2 Heung Yip Road, Wong Chuk Hang<br \/>\nWhen?\u00a0 Mondays at 5:00pm-6:00pm<br \/>\nAge: For 7-10 year olds<br \/>\nHow much? 5,400HKD for 6 sessions<\/p>\n<p>Run by Occupational Therapist <a href=\"https:\/\/spot.com.hk\/zh_cn\/about\/meet-the-team\/beanie-fung\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Beanie Fung<\/strong><\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please Note:<br \/>\n<\/strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Payment for group must be made in full prior to first session.<\/span>\u00a0We do not offer refunds, unused sessions will be held as credit for future use. For illness with less than 24 hours&#8217; notice, a doctor\u2019s note is required to receive credit.
