幼儿教育与学习职业治疗学士

Kirstin Kirstin 由中英双亲在香港抚养长大。在英国完成职业治疗师学业与工作后，她于2024年1月加入SPOT，实现了回归根源的愿望！

最初， Kirstin 攻读幼儿教育与学习方向的职业治疗理学士学位，目标是成为特殊教育需求（SEN）教师。但在学习期间观察职业治疗师（OT）工作后，她被该职业注重实践操作与个性化服务的特性所吸引，尤其享受在1:1或小组环境中与儿童协作达成共同目标的过程。

本科毕业后， Kirstin 在特殊教育学校担任职业治疗助理数年。期间她服务于5至18岁面临自闭症谱系障碍、注意力缺陷多动障碍、阅读障碍、运动协调障碍及全面发育迟缓等挑战的儿童及青少年。其工作职责包括组织治疗小组，并与多学科团队协作实施以职业功能为导向的干预措施，如培养独立生活与自我护理能力。

Kirstin 随后攻读职业治疗硕士学位，期间在急症儿科护理、痴呆症护理、手部治疗等领域完成实习，并在社区农场完成成人学习障碍专项实习。

Dedicated to continuous professional development, Kirstin is currently pursuing Ayres Sensory Integration training to enhance her skill set. She is particularly passionate about fostering independence in children and believes in empowering them to develop self-efficacy as a means to achieve their goals. Outside of her professional endeavors, Kirstin enjoys rock climbing, discovering the best noodle spots, and cherishing moments with family and friends.
