Growing me – Summer Camp

The tween years are full of big feelings, new challenges, and exciting firsts. Sometimes girls this age just need a safe space to discover how capable they already are. Growing Me is a fun, activity-based summer group designed to help girls aged 8–10 build genuine confidence, not by being told they are great, but by discovering it for themselves through real experiences, brave challenges, and the support of other girls just like them.

Areas of Focus: 
Build self-esteem, quiet the inner critic, and foster independence! Through hands-on activities and “brave missions,” girls explore who they are and practice being brave in a warm, inclusive space backed by peer support and expert leadership.

For Parents:
A 1.5-hour evening strategy session ($1,500 HKD extra) before the group begins.

How much? HK$12,500 per week
Minimum 4 participants

The group will be run by our Clinical Psychologist Jane Lau.

Please Note:
Payment for group must be made in full prior to first session in order to maintain the group numbers consistency. There will be no refund or make up sessions offered unless a doctor’s certificate is provided.
