The Interoception Lab
The Interoception LabIs your child learning to understand their body’s unique signals? Connecting physical sensations to emotions is a key skill for growth. This group helps children build Interoceptive Awareness—the ability to notice body signals, connect them to emotions, and create a personalized toolbox for self-regulation. This group is led by an Occupational Therapist to empower children to bridge the gap between feeling and action, helping them navigate their day with confidence.

Please Note:
Payment for group must be made in full prior to first session. We do not offer refunds, unused sessions will be held as credit for future use. For illness with less than 24 hours’ notice, a doctor’s note is required to receive credit. Note that credit applies to planned absences, but same-day cancellations are not eligible.
