Niklas has extensive experience from working with adolescents in clinical as well as educational settings from different parts of the world. His professional counselling experiences range from being part of multidisciplinary teams in the private health care sector to school counselling and private practice. Since moving to Hong Kong in 2017, Niklas has combined counselling with work in an international school offering individualised learning support services for diverse learners. 

In his counselling practice, Niklas focuses on building strong alliances and believes that a trusting client/counsellor relationship combined with close collaboration with extended support systems such as parents and schools, is at the core of both positive experiences and successful outcomes in counselling. 

Niklas is a registered member of the Hong Kong Professional Counselling Association.

Niklas is fluent in English and Swedish. He is an intermediate Mandarin speaker.
