Own it – Summer Camp

The tween years can feel like a lot — friendship drama, social media pressure, and the constant question of who you’re supposed to be. It’s a lot to navigate but you don’t have to do it alone. Own It is a summer group for girls aged 10–12 who are ready to get real about confidence, challenge the thoughts that hold them back, and discover just how capable and independent they already are. Through hands-on activities, honest conversations, and real-world brave challenges, girls leave with tools they’ll use for life.

重點領域： 
This group helps girls build self-esteem, growth mindsets, digital wellness, and real-world independence. Through activity-based sessions and “brave challenges,” girls gain assertive communication skills in a safe, supportive space led by a trusted clinician.

For Parents:
A 1.5-hour evening strategy session ($1,500 HKD extra) before the group begins.

How much? HK$12,500 per week
Minimum 4 participants

The group will be run by our Clinical Psychologist Jane Lau.

Payment for group must be made in full prior to first session in order to maintain the group numbers consistency. There will be no refund or make up sessions offered unless a doctor’s certificate is provided.
