Harriet earned her Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy with First Class Honours from the University of Southampton. She began her career in the United Kingdom, working in mental health settings with clients diagnosed with bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and eating disorders. Seeking to specialise in paediatrics, Harriet later relocated to Hong Kong, where she gained diverse experience in various healthcare environments, including mainstream and special needs schools, as well as community programs. She has worked with children facing challenges such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, and developmental delays. Harriet is deeply passionate about creating a supportive and engaging therapeutic environment, believing in the unique potential of every child.

Driven by a desire for continuous improvement, Harriet actively seeks out professional development opportunities, having recently engaged in advanced training such as the Beckman Oral Motor Assessment and Quickshifts courses. Her multicultural background and fluency in both English and Cantonese allow her to effectively connect with families from diverse cultural backgrounds, enhancing communication and collaboration towards shared therapeutic goals. Harriet advocates for a collaborative approach that builds strong therapeutic relationships, empowering children to achieve their functional goals and regain independence.
