Typhoon
When Typhoon signal No. 8 or above is hoisted before 8am:
- SPOT will be closed until the signal is lowered
- SPOT will reopen 2 hours after the signal No. 8 is lowered, if this takes effect by 2:00pm or earlier
When Typhoon signal No. 8 or above is hoisted during office hours:
- Clients-in-waiting will be attended to as scheduled
- All other clients will be individually informed to reschedule their appointments by telephone at once
- SPOT will be closed once all of the above arrangements are completed
Black Rain
When the Black Rain signal is hoisted before 8:00am:
- SPOT will be closed until the signal is lowered
- SPOT will reopen 2 hours after the Black Rain signal is lowered, if this takes effect by 2:00pm or earlier
When the Black Rain signal is hoisted during office hours:
- SPOT will be closed at the discretion of the clinic manager
