Jennifer grew up in Hong Kong and has spent the half of her professional life in the hospitality industry. She gained her Hotel Business Management degree at the University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom.

She started her career with Starwood Hotel and Resorts in the USA and has since worked in Hong Kong for a local based restaurant group, was part of the opening team for the acclaimed Four Seasons Hotel Group in Cairo, Egypt and managed various departments within boutique resorts in Thailand.

In 2009, she moved to Shanghai, China with her husband, where she started her journey in the healthcare sector a few years later. Jennifer joined a large dental group where she was responsible for their client-facing operations and customer service. In 2018, she moved back to Hong Kong and continued her journey in the dental sector managing the day-to-day operations of a large family practice.

With her varied experience in the hospitality industry, her pride in ensuring positive overall customer experience and her passion for the health and well-being of people, Jennifer is a great addition to the team.
