Terms and Conditions for Groups – Form

  • (1) A payment notice will be sent to your email prior to the start of the group. Please make the payment before the group starts to ensure that the number of participants will be set. (2) Payment must be made in full, it cannot be paid by individual session. (3) If paying by credit card online using ‘Stripe’, there will be a 4% charge applied to the total amount paid.
  • (1) Dates of the group sessions are set prior to the group starting, please review the dates prior to commitment. If you notice that you cannot attend one of the days but would still like to attend the group, you will be required to still pay in full. (2) Refunds are not available for missed group sessions whether due to illness, vacations or inclement weather conditions. This is to ensure that numbers in the group are consistent., In the event of illness and provision of a doctor’s note stating your child is unwell, we can provide a credit to your account for future use. (3) ​​Groups will be cancelled due to the following: Black rain Typhoon 8 Where possible we will endeavour to provide a makeup group session, but this will be dependent upon availability. (4) Groups will not occur on Public Holidays. (5) One months notice is required for cancellation prior to the group start date, for a full refund.
  • SPOT Centre Ltd uses suspended equipment for moving, climbing and balancing in order to provide children with beneficial therapeutic experiences. SPOT therapists always exercise the utmost care in order to minimise risk. As with any indoor playground setting, there is always a risk with using playground and gym equipment despite the use of cushions, padding, mats and adult supervision. An important part of risk minimisation is ensuring that you always inform your child’s therapist of any change in health, medication or home situation especially those that may impact reaction time and motor control.

  • I hereby release SPOT Centre Ltd owners and employees from any liability, claims, demands and causes of action, nor or in the future, resulting from soreness or injury however caused, occurring during or after my child’s reasonable and appropriate participation in therapy.
  • By signing these terms and conditions you are giving SPOT the right to take photos/videos of your child which may be used for group sharing and updating of parents within the group. These will not be used for marketing purposes.Under no circumstances will the photos/videos be sold or given to third parties.
