Vic graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a degree of Master in Counselling. She enjoys working with children, teens, and families in a wide range of ages.
Vic’s approach to her work with clients is person-centered and relationship-based. She uses techniques from various theoretical perspectives, including Positive Psychology, Family Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solutions-focused modalities, Mindfulness-based Counselling, and Narrative Therapy.
Vic believes building trust is crucial. The therapeutic relationship should be collaborated in a secure and supportive environment. She believes every child has a different personality and talent. She analyses each child and enhances their
social, execution, and problem-solving skills. She guides the children in understanding and learning how to honor and express their feelings, cope with them, and strengthen their self-confidence and concentration through one-on-one and
group activities.

Vic assists teenagers in building self-confidence and concentration can be strengthened through guided one-on-one and group activities. She strives to help them explore prospective tools to overcome barriers and achieve their life goals based
on their strength and resiliency.
In addition, positive relationships between children and their families are critical for growth. Therefore, Vic includes building parent-child relationships in her practice.
Vic is open-minded and respects all walks of life and sexual orientation. She enjoys music, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
邵佩儀小姐 (Vic) 畢業於香港大學社會科學系,獲得輔導學碩士學位。 她享受與各個年齡層的兒童、青少年和家庭一起工作。

Vic 幫助青少年建立自信,並透過指導性的一對一會面或是小組活動,加強他們的集中能力。 協助他們探索潛在的工具來克服障礙,並根據他們的應對能力來調節及協助他們尋找人生目標。
兒童與其家人之間的正向關係對於孩子成長至關重要。 因此Vic 會將建立親子關係納入她的治療計劃之中。她尊重各種族和性取向。 她喜歡音樂、旅行以及與朋友和家人共度時光。
