The Dis-Association Group

A group for adolescents who are are working on positive self-talk and looking for others who are dealing with dissociative feelings, depression, and/or anxiety.

This support group will help like-minded teens address shared feelings of distress and disassociation and build coping skills and a community of resilience and acceptance.

Details:
Where? Online. The link will be sent prior to the start of a session
When? Tuesdays at 5:30pm-6:20pm
How much? 1,040HKD per session
Minimum 3 teenagers. Ages 14-18years.

Run by Dr. Amanda Oswalt-Visher (clinical psychologist).

Please note:
Payment for group must be made in full prior to first session. In order to maintain the group numbers consistency, there will be no refund or make up sessions offered unless a doctor’s certificate is provided.
