Preparation for School – Summer Camp

$6750Whether they’re baking cupcakes or running a pretend farmer’s market, kids in this group will build confidence and independence through hands-on fun! This play-based program gets little learners ready for pre-school or kindergarten by weaving in real classroom routines, social interaction, and early learning skills – all through imaginative adventures.
Areas of Focus:
– Classroom routines & transitions
– Following directions & group participation
– Fine motor skills & pre-writing
– Early academic concepts (counting, sorting, labeling)
– Emotional regulation and independence
– Cooperative play & social language

Where? SPOT Central, 17/F, Wing’s Building, 110-116 Queen’s Road Central, Central
Camp 1: Monday July 21 to Friday July 25 (Ready Set Bake – The Kindergarten Cafe)
Camp 2: Monday July 28 to Friday August 1 (Ready Set Shop – The School Market)
When? 10:00am to 11:30am
For 4-6 year olds
HK$6,750 per week
The group is run by Occupational Therapist Kirstin Thornburrow and by Speech Therapist Charlene Wong.
Please note:
Payment for group must be made in full prior to first session. In order to maintain the group numbers consistency, there will be no refund or make up sessions offered unless a doctor’s certificate is provided.
